Terms and conditions

This is a translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Dutch version prevails. Hendriks Digital, version May 2026. Applicable to all assignments and agreements.

Article 1: Definitions

Contractor: Nick Hendriks, trading under the name Hendriks Digital, based in the Netherlands.
Client: the natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement with Hendriks Digital.
Services: SEO consulting, link building, content marketing, SEO audits and related activities.

Article 2: Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, assignments and agreements between Hendriks Digital and the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Article 3: Quotes and formation of the agreement

All quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days. An agreement is formed upon written confirmation (email is sufficient) by both parties.

Article 4: Performance of the assignment

Hendriks Digital performs assignments to the best of its knowledge and ability. SEO results depend on external factors (such as Google algorithms) and are not guaranteed. Hendriks Digital informs the client in a timely manner of any delays or particulars.

Article 5: Payment

  • Invoices are to be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.
  • In the event of late payment, statutory interest is due.
  • For assignments of more than €500, a deposit of 50% may be requested.

Article 6: Intellectual property

All content, reports and strategies produced by Hendriks Digital become the property of the client upon full payment. Hendriks Digital reserves the right to mention the collaboration as a reference, unless the client objects in writing.

Article 7: Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information they receive in the context of the collaboration. This obligation also applies after termination of the agreement.

Article 8: Liability

Hendriks Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damage. Liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the assignment in question. Hendriks Digital is not responsible for changes in search engine algorithms that cause ranking drops.

Article 9: Termination

Ongoing assignments may be terminated by either party with a notice period of 30 days. Work already performed will be invoiced.

Article 10: Governing law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not successful, the competent court is the court in Utrecht.
